Step 1 — Cleanse with Intention

Start with a gentle, natural cleanser that removes dirt and buildup without stripping your skin's natural oils. Avoid cleansers with sulfates (SLS/SLES) — they create a satisfying lather but leave your skin feeling tight and dry. Pair your cleanser with our Exfoliating Wash Cloths 2–3 times a week to remove dead skin and allow your other products to work more effectively.

•       Frequency: Daily cleansing, exfoliation 2-3x per week

Step 2 — Exfoliate (2–3x per Week)

As covered in our exfoliation guide, regular exfoliation is the secret to glowing skin. Use our natural wash cloths in circular motions to buff away dead cells and prep your skin for maximum product absorption. Don't skip this step — it's what separates good skin days from great ones.

•       Frequency: 2–3 times per week, never more than once daily

Step 3 — Treat (Targeted Care)

After cleansing, apply any targeted treatments — serums, facial oils, or spot treatments — while your skin is still slightly damp. Damp skin is more permeable and allows active ingredients to penetrate more deeply.
